A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors was conducted on Tuesday, August 23, 2016 commencing at 7:30 p.m. Chairman, Mr. Hensel called the meeting to order. Present was Supervisor Mr. Taylor and Mr. Schuibbeo, Township Solicitor, Mr. Pompo, Township Engineer, Mr. MacCombie, Township Zoning/Building Officer, Mr. Lowry, and members of the community.
A moment of silence and the Pledge of Allegiance were observed.
Mr. Hensel turned the meeting over to Mr. Pompo to continue the Conditional Use Hearing for the Sadsbury Commons Town Center.
Mr. Pompo first announced the Board of Supervisor met in Executive Session tonight before the meeting to discuss personnel issues.
The Conditional Use Hearing was recorded by a court reporter.
At the conclusion of the Conditional Use Hearing, Mr. Pompo announced the Town Center Ordinances will be re-advertised for adoption at the Board of Supervisors meeting on September 6, 2016 with all the changes for the mutually agreeable changes.
The meeting was turned over to Mr. Hensel. Mr. Hensel stated the Conditional Use Hearing for Sadsbury Commons will continue at the Board of Supervisors meeting on September 6, 2016.
With there being no further business, Mr. Hensel made a motion, seconded by Mr. Schuibbeo, to adjourn the meeting. With there being no questions from the public, the Board voting, “aye”, the motion passed unanimously.
