Veterans ID and Discount Program
The office of Rick Loughery, Chester County Recorder of Deeds, recently launched the Chester County Veterans ID and Discount Program. This program provides photo IDs to veterans who record their military discharge papers with his office. More than fifty businesses have already signed up to offer special discounts to veterans showing their IDs.
