NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of Sadsbury Township will continue a public hearing at 7:00 P.M., on May 6, 2014, at the Sadsbury Township Municipal Building located at 2920 Lincoln Highway, Sadsburyville PA, 19369, to consider the following application for conditional use:
No. C-1-14 Application of Benjamin S. Stoltzfus for conditional use approval pursuant to Sections 402.C.6 and 1205C.3(a) & (k) of the Sadsbury Township Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to conduct soy meal sales as a “secondary farm family business” on the property located at 363 Compass Road. The property in question is also known as UPI (tax parcel) no. 37-1-18.5. The property consists of a 42-acre dairy farm, and is located in the RR, Rural Residential Zoning District, which permits by conditional use as a secondary farm family business other uses of similar character to sales of seeds, chemicals, and fertilizers.
