A re-organizational meeting for the Planning Commission of Sadsbury Township was held on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 commencing at 7:00 p.m. Ms. Heineman called the meeting to order. Present were Vice Chair John Lymberis and members of the Planning Commission, Tom Greenfield, Tim Sarbaum, Carlyle Rivers, Susan Franco, and Supervisor Liaison, Courtney Sarbaum.
A moment of Silence and pledge of allegiance were observed.
Ms. Heineman turned the meeting over to Ms. Sarbaum to act as temporary Chairman.
Ms. Sarbaum opened the floor for nomination of Chairman. Mr. Lymberis made a motion seconded by Mr. Rivers to appoint Ms. Heineman as Chairman. With there being no questions, the members voting “aye” the motion passed unanimously.
Ms. Heineman opened the floor for nomination of Vice Chair. Mr. Rivers made a motion seconded by Ms. Franco to appoint Mr. Lymberis as Vice Chairman. With there being no questions, the members voting “aye” the motion passed unanimously.
Mrs. Heineman announced for advertisement the following meeting dates for 2011:
February 9, March 9, April 13, May 11, June 15, July 13, August 10, September 14, October 12, November 9, and December 14.
Ms. Heineman waived the reading of the previous meetings minutes.
Mr. Greenfield made a motion seconded by Mr. Rivers to approve the previous meetings minutes. With there being no questions, the members voting “aye” the motion passed unanimously.

Ms. Franco made a motion seconded by Mr. Greenfield to adjourn the meeting. With there being no questions, the members voting “aye” the motion passed unanimously.
