The Board of Supervisors conducted a public hearing held on Tuesday November 16, 2010 commencing at 7:00 pm. Chairwoman Ms. Silvernail called the meeting to order. Present were Supervisors Ms. Horan, Ms. Sarbaum, Mr. Pompo Township Solicitor, Mr. Grafton Township Land Planner, Mr. Biloon Township Engineer and members of the community.
A moment of silence and pledge of allegiance were observed.
Mr. Pompo stated that the purpose of the public hearing is to publicly discuss the Sadsbury Township Code of Ordinances by amending Chapter 129 relating to Zoning.
Complete notes of testimony were recorded by Thomas Corcoran Court Reporter and are on file at the Township Building.
At the conclusion of the testimony, the Public Hearing was adjourned.
Ms. Silvernail made a motion, seconded by Ms. Horan, to adopt Ordinance 2010-04 an Ordinance pursuant to article VI, section 609 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, amending and reenacting Chapter 129 of the code of Ordinances of Sadsbury Township, being the Sadsbury Township Zoning Ordinance as amended and the Zoning map. With there being no questions from the public, the Board voting “aye”, the motion passed unanimously.
With there being no further business, Ms. Silvernail made a motion, seconded by Ms. Sarbaum, to adjourn the public hearing. With there being no questions from the public, the Board voting “aye”, the motion passed unanimously.
