The Board of Supervisors conducted a Conditional Use Hearing on Tuesday February 3, 2009 at 6:30 pm. Chairwoman Silvernail called the meeting to order. Present were Supervisors Mr. Hensel and Ms. Horan, Mr. MacCombie Township Engineer/Zoning Officer, Mr. Thompson substituting for Mr. Pompo Township Solicitor and members of the community.
Mr. Thompson stated the purpose of the Conditional Use Hearing is to consider the expansion of the Lincoln Crest Mobile Home Park located along Lincoln Highway in Sadsbury Township for the development of an additional 52 manufactured homes, taking the density overall of the mobile home park up to 175 units. Mr. Thompson marked exhibits as T-1 is the application of the Lincoln Crest Management LLC, proof of publication of the hearing in the Daily Local News as exhibit T-2, the affidavit of posting the property exhibit T-3, plans submitted with the application dated November 14, 2008 exhibit T-4, review letters from Herbert E. MacCombie Jr. PE dated December 16 marked as T-5, a second letter from Herbert E MacCombie, Jr. PE dated January 2, 2009 marked as T-6.
Mr. Thompson stated that complete notes of testimony were recorded by court reporter Mr. Handy and will be on file at the Township building.
With there being no further business, the Conditional Use Hearing was to be continued to Tuesday March 3, 2009 at 6:00 pm.
