The Board of Supervisors conducted a Conditional Use Hearing on Tuesday May 5, 2009 at 6:00 pm. Chairwoman Silvernail called the meeting to order. Present were Supervisors Mr. Hensel and Ms. Horan, Mr. MacCombie Township Engineer/Zoning Officer, Mr. Pompo Township Solicitor and members of the community.
Mr. Pompo stated the purpose of the Conditional Use Hearing is to consider the Conditional Use application of Sadsbury Commons LP to construct a town center commercial development on the property located at the intersection of Route 30 and Route 10 that’s commonly known as the former Hershey Tract.
Mr. Pompo stated that complete notes of testimony were recorded by court reporter Mr. Handy and will be on file at the Township building.
With there being no further business, the Conditional Use Hearing was to be continued to Thursday June 4, 2009 commencing at 6:30 pm and again on July 15, 2009 commencing at 6:30 pm
