The Board of Supervisors conducted a Conditional Use Hearing Continuance held on Wednesday September 2, 2009 commencing at 6:30 pm. Chairwomen Silvernail called the meeting to order. Present were Supervisors Mr. Hensel and Ms. Horan, also present were Mr. Pompo Township Solicitor, Mr. MacCombie Township Engineer, Mr. Grafton Township Land Planner, Mr. Corcoran Official Court reporter and members of the community.
Mr. Pompo opened the meeting by stating this meeting is a continued hearing of the consolidated hearings on a proposed zoning ordinance amendment, a subdivision land development ordinance and conditional use application for a proposed main street design shopping center at the intersection of Routes 10 and 30 in Sadsbury Township. Mr. Pompo stated that complete notes of testimony are being recorded by Official Court Reporter Mr. Corcoran and will be on file at the Township office.
With there being no further business, the record of the Conditional Use hearing was concluded and will be continued until Thursday October 15, 2009 at 6:30 pm
