The Board of Supervisors conducted a Conditional Use Hearing Continuance held on Tuesday March 3, 2009 commencing at 6:00 p.m. Chairwoman Silvernail called the meeting to order. Present were Supervisors Mr. Hensel and Ms. Horan, Mr. Pompo Township Solicitor, Mr. MacCombie Township Engineer / Zoning Officer and members of the community.
Mr. Pompo began by stating this conditional use hearing was a continuance from February 3, 2009 for the applicant being Lincoln Crest Mobile Home Park. Mr. Pompo stated that complete notes of testimony are being recorded by Court Reporter Thomas Corcoran and will be on file at the Township office.
With there being no further business, the Conditional Use Hearing was to be continued to Tuesday April 7, 2009 commencing at 6:00 pm
