The Board of Supervisors conducted a Conditional Use Hearing Continuance held on Thursday August 6, 2009 commencing at 6:30 p.m. Chairwoman Silvernail called the meeting to order. Present were Supervisors Mr. Hensel and Ms. Horan, Mr. Thompson Township Solicitor, Mr. MacCombie Township Engineer / Zoning Officer and members of the community.
Mr. Thompson began by stating this conditional use hearing was a continuance from July 15, 2009. Mr. Thompson stated that this meeting was a consolidated hearing concerning an Ordinance to provide for the Sadsbury Township Zoning Ordinance to provide for a Town Center Commercial District as well as an Ordinance amending the Subdivision Land Development Ordinance Design Standards for that district. In addition it was consolidated with the conditional use application of Sadsbury Commons. Mr. Thompson stated that complete notes of testimony are being recorded by Court Reporter Thomas Corcoran and will be on file at the Township office.
With there being no further business, the record of the Conditional Use Hearing was concluded and to be continued until Wednesday September 2, 2009 at 6:30 pm.
