The Board of Supervisors conducted a Conditional Use Hearing Continuance held on
Tuesday April 7, 2009 commencing at 6:00 p.m. Chairwoman Silvernail called the
meeting to order. Present were Supervisors Mr. Hensel and Ms. Horan, Mr. Pompo
Township Solicitor, Mr. MacCombie Township Engineer / Zoning Officer and members
of the community.
Mr. Pompo began by stating this conditional use hearing was a continuance from March
3, 2009 for the applicant being Lincoln Crest Mobile Home Park expansion to the
existing mobile home park. Mr. Pompo stated that complete notes of testimony are
being recorded by Court Reporter William Handy and will be on file at the Township
office.
With there being no further business, the record of the Conditional Use Hearing was
concluded.
